About Matt

Mr. Staarmann is the Managing Director of River Ridge Capital Advisors. He has more than 20 years of experience serving as a financial advisor and consultant on corporate, tax advantaged, and project financings. He has advised and structured over $1 billion of transactions utilizing tax credits, state and local public financing programs, private capital, and conventional lender financing. Mr. Staarmann graduated summa cum laude from Xavier University with degrees in finance and economics and earned an MBA from the Ohio State University. He is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Stefanou is Director of River Ridge Capital Advisors. He has more than 12 years of experience in project and corporate finance. He has advised and structured transactions involving tax credits, public financing programs, private capital, and traditional bank financing. Mr. Stefanou received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Policy & Economics from the University of Chicago. He is a CFA charterholder.
